Founder & CEO

I created Bodyforge because I wanted a simple, science-based program that would just give you the exact steps needed to lose fat and build muscle. As an engineer and product designer, I’m passionate about solving real human problems with simple, elegant solutions. After working at Facebook for five years, I decided to leave so I could put all of my energy into solving this one problem.

After a lot of research, and help from fitness experts like Eric Helms and Menno Henselmans, I began to see through all of the misconceptions and hype. I started to really understand the fundamentals, the most important factors to achieving real, sustainable results. Combine that with years of experimenting and prototyping, and I finally cracked it.
